Yes. The Free tier covers on-device Translation on the one language route you configure, Dictionary Packages, and rule-based Grammar Correction - unlimited use, no monthly allowance, and nothing leaves your device.
What does Pro add?
Pro adds machine learning Grammar Correction, additional language routes and premium models, and ongoing model version updates. Planned for after launch: connecting your own AI providers through OAuth login, API keys, or on-device agent CLIs.
How does the Pro trial work?
Every VietLing Account gets one 30-day trial with full Pro access. When it ends, Pro features lock and everything you downloaded stays installed - nothing is deleted. On-device Free features keep working.
Can I pay once instead of subscribing?
Yes. The $79 lifetime license unlocks the same Pro features permanently, including Pro capabilities added after launch. Every paid plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Can VietLing see what I translate?
