Deleting your VietLing Account is permanent. This page explains what is removed, what stays, and lets you delete your account while logged in.
What deletion removes
- Your VietLing Account record and login identity.
- Your Service Tier entitlements, including an active Pro subscription, a lifetime license, or an unused trial.
- Access to provider-backed Translation and any other feature tied to your account.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting does not request a refund - if you need billing help, use the support channel and do not post payment details in a public issue.
What stays on your device
Files stored locally are not touched: downloaded On-device models, Dictionary Packages, and Options Window settings remain until you uninstall VietLing. VietLing keeps no translation history, so there is no history to delete.
